Summary: We had a great stay here-- the property was clean and exactly the way it looked in the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and in a gated community with security. The views were stunning and the property manager was communicative and accommodating (I requested to get some more chairs for the pool area before we arrived since we had a group of 8 and they had them set up for us when we got there and had brought some pool chairs over from another one of their properties). Overall - this is a great house for a low-key and relaxing weekend--its a residential neighborhood / about a 20-minute ride to downtown South Beach (plenty of Uber's in the area). We had a great time and the location was beautiful.
