Second floor provides around 830 sft can be accessed by stairways. If combined with the first floor there is a wheelchair elevator as well.
UPSTAIRS come with a master suite featuring a king-size bed, closet as well as a full bath en suite. (Toilet, shower and sink). The guestroom offers a queen size bed, closet, and a full bath. In this room you will also find a smart TV. Both bedrooms have a waterproof vinyl flooring.
Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4. The living area features comfortable leather sofa and a SMART-TV.
DOWNSTAIRS come with a queen-size bedroom with a walk in closet and direct pool access. The other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (bunk bed) and a closet as well. They are sharing a full bath – with shower, sink and toilet. The huge kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy your breakfast either in the cozy dining area or even outside at the pool. The pool can actually not be heated and there is a barbeque grill at your disposal. The perfect scenario to celebrate another beautiful vacation day.
Please notice that the pool area is the common area and offers a pool and spa, 2 story screens, seating and sun chaises and a barbeque grill. Also access to the boat lift.

If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
