Summary: we arrived three days before a storm was predicted. all the Lani furniture had been brought into the living room including the barbeque, so we did not get to use the outdoor facilities and had a grill in the living room. the pool was not clean, so we did not use that either. Reported a problem with the gas stove not lighting properly and was told someone would be over to correct it. no one showed. I understand the storm situation however a discount of some sort should have been offered. Do not think I will reccomend.
