The living space features a large modular lounge that sits opposite the wall mounted Smart TV where you can catch up on all your favorite shows or just relax and enjoy the company of friends and family.
Step through into the wrap around kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner with everything you could need. There is an oven and stove top, a full-size fridge, a built in microwave, a blender, coffee maker and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up giving you more time to relax.
Eat together in the dining room surround by beautiful bay windows or sit up at the breakfast bar for a quick bite and keep the chef company.
The generous master suite is filled with a luxuriously large king bed and topped with soft, quality linen for a restful night’s sleep. There is a wall mounted Smart TV, perfect for a movie night tucked up in bed and a desk where you can catch up on any work or study using the free WiFi.
Adjoining the master bedroom is the sparkling ensuite with a deep relaxing bath, a vanity stocked with all the essentials and a wide walk in shower equipped with handrails and plenty of space to move.
The second sizeable bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a stylish workspace and a third Smart TV so everyone has their own space. Down the hall is the second bathroom equipped with grab bars and an open walk in shower along with chic Hollywood lighting and soft fluffy towels for each guest.
Open up the double glass doors and enter into the warm and inviting sunroom where you can sit quietly and read a book, enjoy your meals alfresco style or just hang out on the outdoor lounge and have a few drinks with friends. Additional House Rules
-Pool temperature cannot exceed past 85 degrees. *** (Pool temperatures are effected by outside air temperatures. Currently Florida has been experiencing rare cold spells. If the environment temperature drops below 45 degrees the unit is less efficient).
-No smoking anywhere.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Pets must be crated/kenneled when left alone in home. Any damages and messes will incur additional fees. Guest are responsible for picking up pet waste in yard. Left pet waste will incur additional cleaning fee.
-Furniture should not be moved in house for any reason. Moved furniture will incur additional fees.
-Attached garage should be used for parking automobile only. Items in garage and in 2 locked closets in house are not for guest usage.
