Large typical Ibicencan house located on the hills just south of Sant Joan, in the north of the island.
Surrounded by 30,000 m2 of land, partly left in the woods and partly transformed into a beautiful garden, it enjoys great privacy and a unique silence. Totally immersed in the woods, it has a fantastic view of the valley with wonderful sunsets all year round.
With a total area of 400m2, the villa is undergoing a complete renovation, also from the point of view of the furnishings.
The house is on two levels, on the ground floor there is the large living room with exposed beams and fireplace, which opens onto the fully equipped country style kitchen with large dining area. Also on the ground floor are the laundry room, pantry, service bathroom and 'la cueva' (stone room converted into a cinema room). On the first floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and a half, a bathroom with shower. All but one of the rooms overlook a large terrace overlooking the valley.
Separated from the house, on the same level as the swimming pool, there is a separate apartment with double bed, kitchen area and a bathroom with shower outside the apartment.
Outside the property boasts several terraces, a large patio in front of the house, a swimming pool heated by a solar system and several chill out areas, both near the house and around the pool. The large terraced garden connected by numerous paths in the middle of the woods, the orchard with different species of fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig, pear, cherry, apricot, pomegranate, almond and clementine trees), olive trees and carob trees will allow you to get in touch with the peace that characterizes the finca.
Furthermore, to the delight of the little ones, the property includes a tree house, swings, basketball, wooden games for climbing, a carpet for jumping, to make your children's holiday unforgettable.
