Summary: Hernán made himself very available and was helpful when asked about places to eat and things to do around the island. The internet connection was very poor however it seems that may be an island wide issue. Hernán was very flexible with us as our flights got changed and he allowed us to both check in early and check out late which we were very grateful for.
