Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is very convenient and close to the airport. The property is new, clean, hygienic, and spacious. All the furniture, beds, and bedspreads were very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this property.
Negative: the property is still under construction, and some interior works are ongoing. There are currently no kitchen facilities, and the kitchen area is completely empty. The staff also need more experience in customer service, as the team seems to require better training on how to communicate with and treat guests professionally. With these improvements, the property could provide a much better overall experience.
