Summary: Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this hotel and we chose to leave early. The rooms were small, dark and dirty. The beds were hard & uncomfortable. The safe in our room was broken as was the chain lock on the door. Some of the staff were helpful at times, but generally felt like a time-consuming battle to address any of these issues. We did receive a partial refund after going back and forth with management for days and sharing a detailed list of issues. On the bright side, the food was good - both breakfast and dinner. I would not stay here again.
