With four beautifully furnished bedrooms and the option to accommodate up to 10 guests, this stunning property offers the ultimate luxury experience.
🦩 The Flamingo room is a true oasis with a king-sized bed, full ensuite, walk-in closet, and private lanai access.
🍍 The Pineapple room offers a serene atmosphere with a king-sized bed and a full ensuite with a pool view.
🌺 The Hibiscus room boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, located conveniently across from the main bathroom and closest to the living room.
🏄‍♂️ For the kids or the kids at heart, the Surfboard bedroom is the ultimate retreat with 2 sets of bunk beds, Nintendo Switch and beanbag chairs.
Additionally, there's a rollaway cot and pack and play available on-site, providing extra space for a comfortable stay.
POOL

For the safety and well-being of all guests, diving is prohibited in all areas of the pool. Additionally, we kindly request that all individuals refrain from bringing any glass items in or near the pool to prevent potential hazards and maintain a clean environment.
Windward Palms does not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any accidents, pool-related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the pool area.
PARKING
Enjoy ample parking with our driveway accommodating up to 6 vehicles. Please note, street parking is prohibited.
PARTIES & EVENTS
To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for our neighbors, Windward Palms prohibits parties, receptions, and events. Local ordinances require quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, and any violation will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. By booking with us, you agree to this policy and understand that excessive noise or disturbances may result in non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels inside the house at a reasonable volume and keep doors closed when playing music. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for all.
DRUGS
At Windward Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
SECURITY
At Windward Palms, your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. That's why we have taken measures to ensure the protection of our guests by installing a Ring camera at the front door, facing outwards and a spotlight illuminating the back patio. Additionally, we have a Minut Noise Detector that reads the decibel levels and alerts the hosts if noise levels exceed what is deemed to be acceptable by the local bylaws. We also have a smart lock equipped with a unique code for every new guest and rest assured that this code is automatically deleted at checkout for your peace of mind.
We understand the importance of privacy, and that's why we want to clarify that there are no other cameras on the premises. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for our guests and Windward Palms, and we hope that these measures help you feel at ease during your stay with us.
SMOKING
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.
We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid ashing on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the garbage to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.
We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.

TRASH/RECYCLING
Our reliable trash and recycling collection services occur every Tuesday and Friday. Our attentive staff will ensure that your bins are conveniently located at the curb each morning and returned to their designated spot on the west side of your home by evening.
What You Can Recycle:
1. Aluminum/Steel Cans - Must Be Empty!
2. Plastic Bottles with a screw-on or pop top cap - Must Be Empty; absolutely no other plastic items.
3. Corrugated Cardboard - Flattened and empty of all packaging.
TEMPERATURE
Ensuring your comfort during your stay is our top priority at Windward Palms. We maintain the interior temperature remotely using the Nest thermostat conveniently located in the hallway. Our attentive hosts are responsible for the maintenance of the air conditioning (AC) system, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any adjustments to the temperature. To optimize the performance of the AC, we kindly request that you keep all windows and doors closed while it is in operation. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a pleasant and relaxing experience for you.

Please note that we do not offer cable TV service at our location. However, we are pleased to provide our guests with Smart TVs (Rokus) in various rooms, including the living room, Flamingo room, Pineapple room, Surfboard room, and the lanai. Simply use the remote to access your favorite TV apps, such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, and more. To ensure the privacy and security of your accounts, please remember to log out of your apps prior to your departure.
