Our home is waterfront w/ public boat launch right next door, boat slip for use in boat house, expansive kitchen equipped w/ all hosting needs, two living rooms, three patios, huge lot with green grass for games & playing! 40 x 30 building used for entertaining !! Four person hot tub along with a fire pit. Both bathrooms are double vanity;
