This second-floor condominium features two spacious bedrooms (both with queen beds) and two full bathrooms. Our condo offers approximately 900 square feet of space with panoramic river and rocket launch views. Enjoy waterfront breezes and watch the dolphins play while you drink your morning coffee on the balcony. Locals and visitors travel from all over the world to view SpaceX and UAE launches. You’ll have a front-row view without the hassle of traffic.
Pelican Point is a peaceful, quaint community located directly along the Indian River (Intercoastal) in Titusville. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Onsite, the condominium offers a riverfront heated pool with cabana/grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with tons of social activities. Each of the three buildings within Pelican Point includes an elevator and laundry facilities on every floor. With Kennedy Space Center directly across the water and a brand new shopping mall across the street, you will have plenty of options for dining and activities. Titus Landing is within walking distance or you can drive across the street. Shops include a movie theatre, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, Tuesday Morning, Wayback Burgers, Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, and Firehouse Subs.

This central location makes it a breeze to visit Canaveral National Seashore/Playalinda Beach, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Kennedy Space Center, beautiful golf courses, Port Canaveral, Disney World, Seaworld, Daytona Beach, and Cocoa Beach.
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo features queen beds in both bedrooms, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, two 43 in. smart TVs, DVD player, wireless internet, cable, towels, and linens. The on-floor laundry room is coin-operated. Per HOA rules, Pelican Point requires a one-month minimum rental. During the winter months (December-March), we request a minimum three-month rental. Please note, all prospective tenants are subject to credit and/or background screening by the owner.
