This waterfront home sits on the southeastern shores of Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in Florida and a beautiful spot for boating, paddleboarding, and fishing for redfish and speckled trout. The house also makes a fantastic home base for beach-goers (with an access point to the Gulf of Mexico one mile south) and those exploring Camp Helen State Park (two miles), Scenic Highway 30A (four miles), and the many attractions of Pier Park (seven miles).
