The first floor boasts a comfortable family room with half bath, smart tv with DVD player, and a twin sleeper/sofa. The room opens to a spacious covered deck, expanding the width of the home with ample outdoor furnishings. Follow the steps down to the beach on your private boardwalk. Also on this level is 1 King Bedroom Suite, full bath with soaking tub, 1 Queen Bedroom and one twin over queen bunk bedroom sharing a full jack-and-jill bath between. The washer and dryer unit is also on this floor. The top floor has a well-appointed kitchen with lots of cabinets, new appliances, 14-foot ceilings and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8. The marvelous views continue from the comfortable middle seating area with a large tv, an additional twin sleeper/sofa. Off the common living area on this level there is an additional half bath and a King Suite with a full bath. The dining, sitting and living rooms are all warmed with beautiful hard wood floors and perfectly appointed to take in the stunning views while visiting with family and friends. The covered, outdoor deck off this level is the perfect place to lounge for a drink or enjoy some outdoor dining. A superb spot for taking in the stunning sunrises, incredible starry nights or watching the dolphins play in the beautiful blue water!

This tall house sits on a large lot with plenty of parking including under-house concrete parking suitable for boats.
