Positive: The accommodation is fantastically located at the entrance to Wilpattu national park. They arranged an all day Safari for us with only half a days notice, and prepared beautiful meals and food for the whole day out. The chef and kitchen staff particularly were so accommodating and kind with a lot of options offered, we ate all meals in the on site restaurant and they were tasty with a large range of options. Ok arrival we were given a cold towel and fresh juice while checking in which was really appreciated in the heat. I stayed in the budget double room which had all you need to sleep well in air-conditioning after a long day out. There is a lovely outdoor sitting area where you can sit in the breeze and watch the storks flying over the fields which is great. I would happily stay here again.
