Summary: Upon checking in - it took about 8-10 minutes to complete the process but the lady didn’t provide a map of the area (I had to ask someone else the next day if they had one), she wouldn’t have told me about the shuttle service until I asked if I can take a copy of the schedule. She also didn’t even say where the pick up would be etc. The water pressure in the room is extremely weak and barely had warm water - we even kept the shower on for 10 minutes to try and it get warmer. That is unacceptable.
