Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home on 5-acres in Gainesville, Florida! This newly renovated home allows you to be away from it all, but never miss a thing. Spacious living and dining room combination and easy maintenance of hardwood flooring throughout. Relax in the outdoor hammocks or stay entertained with plenty of indoor and outdoor games, animal watching, a cold plunge stock tank pool, a fire pit, and an outdoor projector. Step-free access, ample parking, and the unique insecticide air curtain allow everyone to enjoy. Sleeping accommodations include 1 full-size bunk bed, 1 queen bed with a dedicated workstation, 1 king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a sleeper sofa. NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
We have 1,300 square feet of air-conditioned living space and a spacious outdoor area for relaxation and non-rowdy parties. The property has 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full beds, and 1 sleeper couch, so it can comfortably sleep 6-8 people. We have a heated tub (cold plunge from December - March and heated from March onwards), outdoor games, projector, fire pit, gazebo with insect repellent netting, outdoor dining areas, and fruit trees. We also have an insecticide air curtain for your enjoyment of the entire indoor and outdoor space.
We are happy to try to accommodate longer stays. We are located in a wooded area, so you'll have plenty of privacy. Many of our neighbors have large acreage, so you won't have to worry about being too close to anyone else. We also have space for RV hookups so you can bring your home on wheels.
It's a safe area, and you'll find that it's pretty quiet at night. If you're looking for an upscale neighborhood, this might not be the right fit for you. But if you want a peaceful, tranquil place to spend time with your loved ones, this is the perfect spot!
We love pets and are happy to welcome them to our property! There is an additional fee per pet, but we think having your furry friends with you is worth it.
