Guests will have full access to the home, with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and All-Clad cookware etc but will not have access to the garage or outdoor atrium.

The elevated setting offers both privacy and immersion in nature, where guests can enjoy peaceful walks, spot local wildlife, and experience the calming beauty of one of Gainesville’s most cherished natural areas—all just steps from your door.
Getting Around:
Getting around Gainesville is easiest by car, but the city is also bike-friendly and walkable in many areas. The local RTS bus system is reliable and free for UF students, making it a great option for campus access. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

Hogtown Creek is a protected wetland so we ask guests to refrain from standing on the edge of its banks or entering the creek itself.

Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are Thursdays. If your stay falls in those days, we'd really appreciate it if you could pull the bin to the curb

Cancellation Fees: All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period.
