Property Highlights:
Inside – A well-stocked kitchen with new appliances, plenty of dining space, and a sprawling living area with comfortable seating for everyone. On the first floor, you will find two guest bedroom suites, one featuring a queen bed and one featuring two twin beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom with shower/tub combinations and single vanities. A laundry closet is conveniently located on the first floor. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included. On the second floor, you will find a cozy loft area perfect for a lazy afternoon of reading or a little quiet time. The loft area is also ideal for those working remotely, offering ample workspace with a table and chairs and plenty of opportunities for deep thinking on the private balcony. The spacious owner’s suite offers his and her closets, a large bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combination.
Outside – Enjoy a private, enclosed courtyard in addition to a lakefront patio area, a small balcony off the loft area, a 4-passenger golf cart, an outdoor shower, access to three swimming pools, and the gorgeous white sugar sand beach of the Emerald Coast.
