This two bedroom, two bathroom villa is located on the south side of SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort just minutes from the beach and overlooking Horsehoe Lake. From the outdoor patio overlooking Horseshoe Lake, and its fountain, it is only steps away from fishing and a nice walk around the lake. The white sandy beach of SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort is a 7-10 minute walk, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is only 30 seconds from the villa. The tennis and golf courses of SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort are just minutes away, which makes this centrally located unit absolutely superb. Planning your trip? The living room has a sleeper sofa for extra guests and the back patio offers outdoor seating and a lovely view of Horseshoe Lake. Enjoy cooking a delicious meal for your family in our kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, and ample dinnerware and cookware. There is seating for six guests in the dining area. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs you will find the master suite that overlooks Horseshoe Lake with a pillow top mattress, flat screen TV, plenty of storage and an attached full bathroom with tub shower combo. Down the hall is the guest bedroom with two twin beds, an attached bathroom, and a closet so big that some people put another bed into it. There is also a washer and dryer located upstairs.
​​​​​​​SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort offers four 18 hole championship golf courses including Burnt Pine, The Raven , Baytowne and The Links. All offer unique golf challenges and are beautiful courses. Sandestin has a 16 court professional tennis center with clay, grass and hard courts, rated in the top 20 tennis resorts nationwide. The marina with paddle board, jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers.

be advised the East Bridge, near the pool, will begin reconstruction on the bridge March 26. The bridge will be closed to foot traffic during this
time. Reconstruction of the decking and rails will take about 3 - 4 weeks.

Summary: We chose this condo because it was on the beachside of Sandestin resort and it included a golf cart. Be aware that there is a charge for every single thing (example $200 charge if you accidentally leave the latch on the sliding door unlocked at checkout) We were very careful to be the perfect renters to avoid the plethora of charges listed in the paperwork. When we arrived we took pics of the golf cart as directed, sent them, and did not attempt to go in the condo until after 4pm (to avoid that charge). We were sent the wrong code to unlock the lockbox for the golf cart keys. I called and the phone was answered by the father in law of the owner. He was very pleasant but told me he was not able to contact the owners to solve the problem. I received a text at 12:30am with the correct code. So, we missed the first day of using the golf cart. When we arrived, I also informed them that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and not in working condition. It was filthy with debris all in the sink so I’m assuming the cleaners just ignored this. So, we had to have maintenance there to fix that. I expressed these concerns to the owner (note I did not ask for any adjustments to price or compensation) and she did not respond to my text. I was not going to leave a negative review had she apologized for the inconveniences. The mattress in the master bedroom is VERY firm. The location is great if you have the golf cart and the pool is close by and nice.
