This home has a sunny pool and spacious patio with BBQ and ample seating for family gatherings.
The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with the downstairs master a romantic 4 poster queen, the second bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs you will find a large master suite with a king size bed and the fourth bedroom has an antique hickory full size bed. Each room throughout has artwork of Sarasota showcasing the beauty of the sunsets and coastline.
The comfortable living room has a bay window overlooking a spacious front lawn that access Arlington Park, a live-oak treed park with a half mile track, Olympic pool facilities, outdoor tennis, racquetball and basketball courts.

Summary: Kim was very gracious in allowing the cancellation of a booking which was made under the duress of being stranded from a different booking. So, while we did not stay at the property, the owner was very kind and professional.
