Walkable to restaurants, parks, the bay, and the beach, your perfect vacation is a click away! **No cleaning required**. Unlike other rentals, we will never ask you to clean the property. That's what the cleaning fee is for. You're on vacation, just lock up and leave, we got you! **This property is older with an older kitchen and bathroom. If you're looking for modern luxury, this home is not for you.

**Our parking spot is narrow so big trucks or SUVs may not fit. There are usually spots on the side street (Fanuel) if this is the case. However, this is a very quiet area in general, with very respectful and professional neighbors and we do enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily.
