Positive: Super clean house with an amazing rooftop fireplace and lounge area with room for plenty of people. Couch was comfy and plenty of space overall for everyone to move about. Highly recommend to anyone staying in this area was walking distance from the main bar strip and in a quieter neighborhood if that is what you are looking for.
Negative: The sheets were not exactly comfy, but that's fine, and the lack of a bathroom on the basement floor is inconvenient. The surround sound speakers built into the house didnt really work (Only one did and the others didnt). Some of the cooking pans provided are also a little dated and old and could use some updates.
Summary: Great stay overall and great value!
