This townhouse is located in Banana Bay, a gated community of brightly colored homes with a private beach on the intracoastal waterway that's perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Also on the grounds are an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center with a steam room and sauna. Just over a mile down the road, you'll find Perdido Key Beach and Johnson's Beach on the azure Gulf of Mexico.
