Augusta Oasis is a beautiful completely renovated home that is perfect for your next beach vacation. Augusta Oasis is one of the few renovated vacation homes in the Augusta neighborhood and is complete with freshly painted walls, brand-new vinyl wood flooring, and new appliances. Hop on the 6 seater golf cart and you are at the beach in minutes. Step inside and feel your worries melt away.
The large open-concept kitchen boasts advanced appliances and new granite countertops. This kitchen is perfect for cooking after beach meals and enjoying family time. No kitchen is complete without a luxurious breakfast bar and this one has seating for 5. As if all of this wasn’t enough, this home features 2 dining areas. One is a high top with seating for 4 great for the kids and the other, is a large dining space with room for everyone.
Off of the kitchen is a large living area situated around a flat screen T.V. With two reclining chairs and a large queen sleeper sofa, this area has ample amounts of seating. Look out of the large sliding glass doors and enjoy seeing golfers on the green.
The Master bedroom features a luxurious king bed with a flat screen T.V. The attached private master bath provides a wonderful oasis for the master bedroom occupants.
The guest bedroom is complete with a large queen bed and lots of closet storage. It is located directly across the hall from the shared full bath.
Bring the kids! The last bedroom of this gorgeous home is a bunk room. With a twin/twin bunk bed and a twin/full bunk bed with full trundle, 7 little ones can fit in this room! This room is great for a kid’s(and parents’) escape.
August Oasis is in the perfect location. The Village of Baytowne Wharf features dining, shopping, and entertainment for the kids. You can zip over to the beach that also has a restaurant.
Small dogs are allowed with prior approval and a $200.00 Non-Refundable fee.

All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year here, 2 months January and February each time. Home is very clean, all tile or faux wood flooring. Entry through carport into "game room" with round table and 4 stools, perfect for games and puzzles. open to very large open kitchen, quartz counters, cabinets nice grey and pantry closet for storage. Off open living room with couch and 2 electric recliners. Kitchen was fully equipped, I did bring a Keurig as it only has a drip coffee pot.Dining room has 6 chairs but I used it for my PC and Hubby wanted a chair in Master Bedroom so only once when we had company did we use it for dining- plenty of room at counter. Patio door in LR opens to small deck with grill - not used this year but we did last year. New 6 person golf cart which we used a few timesMaster is large, tall bed but comfortable mattress. Quern BR is small, but bunk room is larger, lots of places for kids to sleep. Customer Service was great, Rick arrived promptly to check out several issues I had and he fixed them right away. Able to read office 24/7.We are only moving to another area as we don't need 3 BR anymore and wanted a better view. Otherwise we would continue to rent here!
