Positive: We were warmly welcomed by Jane on arrival, and the keys were ready in the door of the cottage. She made us feel very comfortable, explained everything clearly, and even brought out the little pony for my children to see and feed, which they absolutely loved. The cottage was spotlessly clean, cosy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch after a long journey, and the location was perfect for exploring Northumberland. We also enjoyed being able to see the horses during our stay.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was exactly as described, and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish.
