Noise ordinance: The city of Fort Lauderdale has a strict noise policy ordinance. The city Code Compliance enforced quiet hours between 9 pm to 8am and may fine or terminate the rental based on the violation.
Please be advised the neighbors pay close attention to the rules and they will report misconduct so please be quiet and courteous at all times.
The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell Camera for easy access and security purposes.
We are happy to provide luxury toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.
Service dogs and ESA are always welcome. We will allow non-service/non-ESA dogs under 25 lbs. (maximum 2) with a $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Any dog over that weight, will be approved on a case by case basis and may require a higher pet fee. We reserve the right to also charge additional cleaning related fees from urine/feces, excessive hair removal, removing related pet smells along with amounts associated with destruction of property over $150 that the pet fee would cover.
Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property and a unique door codes will be sent for a smooth and flexible check-in. We’ll provide you the access code 24 hours before arrival.
As a guest at our villa, you can expect complete and exclusive access to the property and its gated grounds. We want you to feel at home during your stay, which is why we offer this level of privacy and access.
