Positive: The home was spotlessly clean and the pool and hot tub made the trip worth it. Communication with the hosts was easy and mostly seamless. The app for controlling the hot tub was intuitive, and it heated up in less than an hour.
Negative: Almost every towel hook and rack was broken, which was inconvenient for trying to hang towels to dry after showering. Two drawers in the master bathroom were off their tracks; fortunately, we were able to fix these ourselves. The control pad for unlocking the front door is frustrating: it doesn't light up until you press a number, so in the dark it is easy to press the wrong number and have the sequence be off.
Summary: Wonderful home with pool and hot tub, but several fixtures needing repair.
