The location is also centrally located for day trips to the Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown, Legoland, The Wild Animal Park, Coronado Island, along with many other well known sites in San Diego!

This perfect home will be all yours throughout your stay and the amenities inside are included for your convenience! There are only a few OFF LIMIT areas that will be marked.
NO SMOKING inside or on the patios and any cigarette or cigar buds found on the premise will be subject to a fine.
CHECK-IN:
Standard check in time is 4:00pm, but we are happy to accommodate a free early check in if available, but no guarantees. Please request to check availability and if not available, you are welcome to drop off the luggage after 11am while the house is being cleaned.
On the day of check-in, you will receive a unique code for the smart locks that will allow keyless entry into the home. This is for your convenience to never worry about losing a key! There will be one unique code for both entries that everyone in your group will use to unlock the door.
This unique code will only be valid during the duration of your stay and will change post check out.
You will receive easy to follow check in instructions the morning of your arrival.
CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: The cleaning fee is meant for washing all the bedding, towels, furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. and making the home pristine and sanitized for the next guests just as you arrived, so if there is extra unexpected cleaning added, there will be an additional charge to compensate our cleaners for needing to stay extra, so please respect the house and pick up after yourselves.
Below are the CHECKOUT instructions:
• Take out ALL trash / recycling to the bins in the back alley
• Strip all bedding that was used and place in a pile
• Place all used towels in the piles as well
• Wash all dishes or run dishwasher
• Turn off thermostat if used
CHECKOUT time is 11:00am. If you would like to request a late CHECKOUT, please request to check if that's an option during your stay. The cleaner arrives at 11am and any unauthorized stay after is subject to additional charges.
