Summary: It was so easy to walk to everything from this location. Groceries, coffee, Atlantic Ave all within a short walk. The main issue was cleanliness. I had great communication from the property manager but there was an ongoing pet smell that was addressed twice by the cleaners. The bathroom was also not clean upon arrival or after the cleaners were sent over again. If you are not fussy about your accommodation, then I highly recommend for the excellent location. If the unit could be painted, thoroughly cleaned and the pet smell removed, it could be a great option in the future. The train runs regularly but the noise wasn't too disruptive.
