Maximum of 10 adult guests. Children under 12 do not count toward this limit, per St. Johns County regulations.
Cleaning & Supplies:
A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, trash bags, dish/laundry soap) is provided. Guests should plan to bring additional supplies as needed.
Garbage and recycling must be placed curbside Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.
