Positive: Welcome on arrival, friendliness, willingness to assist, ease of checking in and early access. Room quirky but certainly appreciated along with the complimentary upgrade. Abbi throughout from the initial booking to arrival and excellent levels of customer service & engagement making us feel welcome, valued and special, priceless. Then last engagement before leaving breakfast was fantastic.
Negative: Possibly parking, but no real issue with options.
Summary: Excellent venue, quirky, great team to welcome & enhance your stay, perfect location within Morpeth.
