Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The Setai Hotel is one of the best hotels on South Beach and we go there repeatedly. It has a top staff that is still the same at least in the 8 years that we have been going there, which is always proof that the hotel is well managed and has a low staff turnover. The Setai has great breakfasts and room service and service on the beach.
Negative: In the years that we have been going to the Setai, however, everything has remained the same, including the rooms, which already seem very outdated and worn out. If it should remain like this, we will choose another hotel for our next visits.
