We have for your enjoyment AC or heat throughout the home, tiled floors throughout the ground floor to keep villa cool, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge, on demand TV & DVD player in lounge TVs in bedrooms.
Our lounge area is a great place to sit and chill out watch tv or just chat after a day in the parks or shopping.
The kitchen has everything you will require including a microwave kettle coffee percolator waist disposal unit and to give you a day off from this chore a dishwasher. Washer and dryer are housed in the garage.
Dining area can sit 6 around our table and their is a high chair if required.
Our master bedroom is en-suite and has a high comfortable memory foam king sized bed for a great nights sleep, and for your comfort a tv and dvd player with a selection of movies.
You will not get the kids out of our swimming's pool which is a large 24x12 it so inviting on a hot sunny day in the winter months gas heat would be required in (additional cost applies) so chill and relax on our loungers and enjoy the fantastic Florida sunshine or sit under the deck with a cool wine or beer its highly recommended. The pool deck area is fully enclosed with a Florida netted pool cage
What makes this villa ideal is the 2 bedrooms and additional bathroom are upstairs great for 2 families.
Queen sized memory foam bedroom is very comfortable. Everything you will need including a clock tv plenty of pillows bedding and sheets. Twin bedroom is ideal for little ones and has a great box of toys TV play station Xbox and a selection of kids games and kids movies so they should be entertained for hours.
All linen and towels are provided. For you safety we have fire alarms and emergency lighting. Free use of baby items including high chair baby walker stroller and 2 boaster seats. Additional items for your comfort iron ironing board us/uk adaptor hair dryers heated brush pool toys cooler boxes picnic items and more walkie talkies on request and you will receive a get you going welcome pack on arrival.

Summary: There is no wardrobe space in bedroom three, with very little in bedroom two, both bedrooms upstairs. The front door lock stopped working after about two days which left us with the lock box only, the lock had previously been playing up and maintenance man on holiday. The pool turned green during the last week, pool not useable for the last two days, so had to use the main pool to the estate. It is very hard to run a house from a distance, but more thought needed to be put into the letting of the property, such as dishes that would stack in the dishwasher, wardrobe space, and back up for the maintenance man
