Positive: We loved staying at Treehouse by the Sea. The location is easy to get to and close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The house was clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we would need for a 4 day stay. The bed's were very comfortable and I loved that there was a movable fan in every room (I like sleeping with a fan on). We only ended up with 4 people sleeping here but it definately comfortably fits 10. We can't wait to stay here again and for a longer stay.

Negative: The departure cleaning instructions were a little confusing. The instructions emailed and the instructions inside the home were a little different. We followed the instructions that were in the home, but felt uneasy leaving because we weren't sure 100% sure what we should have done. Though what was expected wasn't unreasonable. The cleaning fee was a little high as well but we felt the overall price of the stay was fair.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay that is close to everything St. Augustine has to offer and more.
