Large pool home with a yard comparable to a high end resort with a sparkling pool, swings, multiple sitting areas and a relaxing fire pit! The main home is meticulously decorated w/modern finishes, two bedrooms (one queen, one double with a twin trundle underneath), two full bathrooms and an adorable separate one bedroom villa with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. This home is fully fenced so bring your furry friend (20 lbs or less)! Home is recently updated with tons of amenities! All you need is your bathing suit! Only one mile from downtown St Augustine and a short drive to spectacular beaches! The home sits close to a school and other homes that have large lots. The area is going through gentrification. Summary: This house was close to where we wanted to go and where we needed to be for a family wedding.Rooms are big enough and kitchen served us well. The electric fireplace was a big hit on a chilly night.If ever in the area, this place would be highly considered.
